Flora Hu is currently the head of e-commerce for Asia at Carlsberg Group. Based in Hong Kong, she is responsible for setting strategic visions for e-commerce and driving online execution excellence across all Asian markets. She also trains e-commerce champions across the region on all e-commerce-related sales and marketing skills to improve overall organisational capability. Prior to joining Carlsberg, Flora worked for Tesco Asia for five years, launching, defining, and optimising many e-commerce partnerships across Asia with players such as Lazada. Having lived in three different continents, Flora began her career in investment banking in New York.
